Loving Yourself The seashell pictured above contains the spiral for loving yourself more deeply. If you have experienced repeated physical, verbal, mental, or emotional abuse in your life, you may struggle to love yourself even though you find it easy to love others. Being able to love yourself is an important key to healthy relationships. When we love ourselves, we are better able to succeed in all areas of life. There are four levels of self-love: 1. |

Dear Ones, I was in my kitchen this afternoon when my guides said, "Balance a broom. Do it now!" So I did. Pretty cool. I had seen other people do this on or around the equinox but I had never been able to do it myself. Then today, as if by magic, I placed the broom on its end and before I could even try to balance it, it was as if a magnet pulled it out of my hands into the exact position. I was so excited that I called my friends and asked them to try it. |

The Universal Law of Consciousness focuses on the process of expanding awareness. It reminds us that as the consciousness of individuals and groups widens, we are better able to identify what is most needed in the world. A shift in our perception of good and evil occurs and we discover new and better ways to facilitate change for the highest good of all. It is important to remember that there is always a bigger picture at play in any given situation than what we are able to discern from our limited perspective. |

Aligning with the Universal Law of Magnetism. The Universal Law of Magnetismunifies the many aspects of personality into a cohesive whole. A magnetic attraction occurs that draws these aspects together. There are three steps to the process. At the first stage, we experience Spirit through intellectual pursuits and artistic expression. We are driven by a magnetic pull to understand higher truths. At the second stage, we become disciples of what we have discovered at the first stage and now put our spiritual ideas into action in the form of specific practices. |

In the tradition that I have been trained in, we have a teaching called “Night School.” We are taught that while we sleep, our astral bodies go to the astral plane to learn various things from various teachers. The type of “Night School” we attend depends on our current interests. People interested in art attend night school with talented artists; people interested in science attend night school with great scientists, etc. Those of us who are spiritual seekers attend night school with spiritual masters. |

Shining with the Universal Law of Solar Union. Today is the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, and I invite you to join me in contemplating theUniversal Law of Solar Union. This Law states: “When the interplay of the Suns is being dealt with from the material aspect and from the consciousness aspect, this term is occultly used. It is not possible to enlarge upon it.” These words don’t make a whole lot of sense to me but when I meditate upon this Law, I am aware that all of the stars are suns to the planets that revolve around them, Each star is a highly evolved being that shines brightly its own unique light, and energies. |

Dear Ones, I am feeling pulled to return to the 105 Universal Laws. Many of you have expressed appreciation for the work we have done so far on this and have shared the desire to continue further. And the truth is, I miss sharing them with you. So today I went back to my list of Laws and was instantly drawn toThe Universal Law of Responsibility. The Universal Law of Responsibilitystates that the Oneness of God chose to split off into separate parts in order to give existence to individual souls. |

The Wounded Healer is an archetype that many healers and spiritual teachers carry. Many of us started out on the path of healing in order to heal ourselves. I know I did. We took on the challenges of disease and abuse this lifetime as lessons in personal healing, As we learned to heal our wounds, we reached out to others to help them do the same. Our experiential knowledge of pain and dis-ease make us well-equiped with a deep inner knowing of what our clients and love ones need in order to heal the pain and dis-ease in their lives. |

It's the time of year for bunnies and peeps. And at a deeper level, it is an invitation for renewal and resurrection. I am in the process of renewing my house, resurrecting it to new level of glory with refurbished bathrooms, renovated guest rooms, and a new front door which to me symbolizes a new opening through which people can come into my life. For me this process represents so much more than surface remodeling. It is about stripping away the old and creating a fresh clean slate for deeper levels of co-creation with friends, family, students, and clients. |

Dear Ones, I invite you to join me in the renewal that comes with Spring Cleaning. How liberating to clean out closets and drawers and let go of what no longer serves us. At the physical level, we flow through life more easily when our space is clear and organized. We find ourselves more at ease and can even sleep better knowing that all is in order. Energetically we restructure our aura and vibrate at new levels as we clear out old stuff in our physical reality. Peaople can sense the change in us. |
